RESIN SOLAR REEL WILL NOT RUST OR CORRODE AS IT TAKES THE HASSLE OUT OF YOUR SOLAR BLANKET
One person can operate this reel because of its high quality bearings and unique handle. Rugged resin bases will not rust or corrode and they are super strong and lightweight. The bases are also UV inhibited to withstand the sun’s harsh rays and have an attractive design that compliments any pool area. Heavy gauge aluminum tubing will not sag and its telescoping design allows one size to fit up to a 20’ wide by 45’ long pool. The entire reel with bases and tubing weighs under 35 lbs.
Our deluxe reel also comes with its own wheel (caster) system that makes the reel easily portable. To move the reel, simply flip down the casters and roll it away. When reeling up your blanket, slip them back out of the way and the reel stays put.

Our premium reel is built with a heavy-duty tube* that will not sag or flex. It will support solar blankets up to 24-ft. wide by 50-ft. long. Our commercial grade reel is the finest solar reel we sell. Designed for rugged use like the YMCS, hotel and motel pools, we have made this workhorse available for the private pool owner who wants the best. Featuring an extra heavy gauge powder coated aluminum frame, this reel can easily support up to a 60 ft long solar blanket. The frame is super strong yet lightweight and it will never rust or corrode. The oversized anodized aluminum tubing is reinforced so it will not sag or bind like residential style solar reels. Sealed, high-strength nylon bearings and hand crank insure effortless removal of your solar cover.
The reel height is adjustable up so you can operate it easily without kneeling and the 32” wide base ensures maximum stability. Four locking casters on each end add to the wheels stability and make it easy to roll out of the way when not in use. Our commercial grade reel comes complete with casters and blanket attachment kit (straps, clamps and velcro). Easy to assemble. 1-Year warranty. Reel Height with casters is 25.25". Height is adjustable in 2" increments up to 37.75".
